Acolhimento humanizado no cuidado pré natal as gestantes da ESF

O pré-natal é decisivo na redução dos riscos que possam comprometer a saúde da gestante e do concepto. Por isso, escolheu-se como tema deste trabalho “Acolhimento humanizado no cuidado prénatal as gestantes da Estratégia de Saúde da Família (ESF) O objetivo da pesquisa foi apresentar os procedimentos a serem executados no acolhimento, que sejam capazes de assegurar às gestantes atendidas pela ESF, um pré-natal de qualidade. A metodologia de pesquisa aplicada consistiu em uma revisão integrativa de literatura. Os resultados indicaram que apesar dos esforços do Ministério da Saúde, que incluem a construção da rede Cegonha em 2011, muito precisa ser feito para que a redução da mortalidade materna e neonatal se concretize. Concluiu-se que, entre os procedimentos a serem executados no acolhimento a fim de que se assegure um pré-natal de qualidade às gestantes atendidas na ESF estão: facilitar o acesso ao programa pré-natal; prestar um atendimento humanizado com a utilização de tecnologias leves, intervindo apenas no que for necessário; prestar atendimento contínuo; fornecer orientações e informações que envolvem a mãe e o bebê; ser pontual e assíduo; providenciar para que os exames sejam feitos e seus resultados sejam recebidos com rapidez; ajudar a gestante a localizar a(s) possível(is) maternidade(s) para onde esta possa ir no momento do parto; requisitar à gestão os instrumentos e equipamentos necessários para a prestação de um bom atendimento; realizar consultas de modo a deixar a gestante a vontade para fazer perguntas, procurando respondê-las; providenciar para que a estrutura física esteja adequada ao tipo de atendimento a ser realizado.Downloads
