Fetal supraventricular tachycardia during third quarter pregnancy: a case report

Introdução: As taquiarritmias fetais são eventos raros durante a gestação, sendo a taquicardia supraventricular a mais prevalente. O diagnóstico é realizado por exames de imagem, sendo o de escolha a ecocardiografia fetal com Doppler. O tratamento de escolha para reversão intrauterina é a digoxina por via oral, podendo ou não ser associada a outros antiarrítmicos. Tanto o diagnóstico quanto o tratamento devem ser precoces para evitar complicações fetais, tais como hidropsia. Objetivo: Relatar o caso de uma paciente gestante, atendida no Hospital São Francisco na Providência de Deus (HUSF), localizado na cidade de Bragança Paulista - SP. Relato do Caso: Tratou-se de uma paciente secundigesta, sem comorbidades, cujo feto apresentou taquiarritmia supraventricular, revertida com digoxina e mantida com sotalol até o final da gestação, que foi a termo e sem complicações perinatais. Conclusão: Este relato de caso contribui para o manejo de novos casos, e ressalta a importância do diagnóstico intrauterino e tratamento oportuno das arritmias fetais para um melhor prognóstico, reduzindo a morbimortalidade e as complicações.
